There are some questions I have:
Who is qualified to live in this senior building? Is there any property limits?
What is the monthly or yearly payment?
And what is the waiting time after application?

I have an Aunt that is 72 years old. She is married and her husband is bed bound. She also had some health issues and uses a walker. They both have a home attendant that comes 7 days a week. She is interested in renting a 1 bed room apartment. She would like to know what is the monthly rent and what is the application process also if there’s a waiting list. I would appreciate if you can forward me all information as I will be assisting her. Thank you.
