Maria Alvarez, Executive Director, NY StateWide Senior Action Council, will give the third seminar Saturday, June 18, 2016. She will be joined by Eric Hausman, a Medicare Consultant. Ms. Alvarez will provide an update on Patients’ Rights Issues for older New Yorkers. Mr. Hausman will provide an overview of Medicare and related insurances, including Medicare Part A and Part B, Medigap/Medicare Supplemental insurance, Medicare Advantage/Medicare Health Plans, Medicare Part D and EPIC and the Medicare Savings Programs.
