After the first month, the all-inclusive month to month rentals rates are

•        Studio apartments start at $3,400.
•        1-BR apartments start at $4,450. 

Requirements:

• Must be 55 plus years of age
• Must complete an application and be approved
• Must have a responsible party.
• Must schedule a visit with a Flushing House representative

Exclusions:

1. Promotion is only available on studio apartments.
2. Must move in by Feb. 29^th, 2024.
3. One full rate month security deposit must be paid upon approval.
   **Promotional rate does not apply to the 2^nd person fee, if rental is for 2 people.
