Join us on September 18th, 2026 for an enchanting evening at Flushing House’s “Jazz in the Sky,” where the rooftop transforms into a lively celebration of music and service to the community, over an elegant dinner, wine and spirits.
As the evening progresses, B.D. Lenz will take the stage, filling the air with the smooth, sophisticated sounds of classic jazz. With valet parking provided, your evening will be effortless from start to finish!
This event is not just about jazz and fine dining– although those are worthy pursuits; it’s an opportunity to support a cause close to our hearts. All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the George Nussbaum Fund, a fund established by Flushing House’s United Adult Ministries to subsidize residents of Flushing House who have lived here for over five years and can. The fund helps ensure that all of our long-term residents can continue to enjoy the comfort, service, privacy, and community they’ve come to cherish.
By attending “Jazz in the Sky,” you’ll be part of an unforgettable night that combines the best of New York’s jazz talent with the warmth of community spirit.
