Accepting Nominations

for the 2018 Outstanding Service to the Community Award

DEADLINE: Friday, December 15, 2017

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2018 United Adult Ministries Annual Gala Awards. This year, we are looking for outstanding individuals whose work has supported and promoted the social work profession and the people it serves. Nominations will be accepted through Friday, December 15, 2017. Shortly after, a poll will be developed and you can cast your vote for the nominee you feel does most to deserve this honor.

To nominate someone, please  e-mail us with their name and a brief description of their work and why they are deserving of this honor. Feel free to share this e-mail amongst your colleagues and people within your industry.

PLEASE NOTE: We are committed to diversity among award recipients. Nominations MUST be submitted to FHNews@uam.org. We will be contacting you or your nominee for additional information. You are encouraged to work closely with your nominee to complete the nomination.
